Dalí Teen Docents – Teen Summer Camp

A new program at the Dalí Museum, the summer Dalí Teen Docent program is open to teens 13 to 17 years of age. Taught by award winning art instructor Patricia Prisco, this class builds leadership skills through an in-depth exploration into the world of Salvador Dalí. Teens learn the facts and fictions about the esoteric surrealist while being challenged through games, films and class activities. Developing students’ innovation, creativity, and ability to communicate, the class also challenges students to reflect on their own passions, helping them to articulate their values. Ultimately, this class will provide teens with the skills to become museum ambassadors, presenting the collection to other teens through the year. Classes are held at the Dalí Museum. Cost is $75 Dalí Members, $100 non-members. To register, please call Monica Guerrero at (727) 823-3767, ext. 3024, or email at mguerrero@salvadorDalímuseum.org.
